Summer, sun, sunshine and that on a Sunday. Reason enough to start an excursion and explore the immediate surroundings of Dresden. In Heidenau, more precisely in the district of Großsedlitz, is the extensive baroque garden including the Friedrichschlößchen. Both lovers of splendid baroque architecture and friends of cultivated gardening get their money’s worth here.

Of course, I didn’t miss the opportunity to take some photos. In addition to numerous shots of various statues, plants and the two orangeries, I took a panorama consisting of 41 individual upright shots.
